100% Melon de Bourgogne
Vines blending aged less than 35 years

Production :
44 hectoliters per hectare

Winemaking and maturing :
Harvest in the best conditions immediately pressed
A 20 day fermentation with controlled tempera- tures at 17°
Stored in glass-coated tanks before bottling

Tasting :
Dry light white wine, this fruity Muscadet  gives
freshness to the seafood flavors

Food Paring :
Perfect choice with oysters, crustaceans, raw fish,
marinated or grilled fish

Service :
Serving temperature between 10° et 12°
