Stored in glass-coated tanks before bottling
Tasting :
Light color with green reflections
Mineral nose, with an early expression
Enriched on lees, this wine is ample, full and
mineral
Nice structure in mouth, wonderful density and
strong identity due to the soil made of Gabbro
Food Paring :
Recommended with cooked fish, butter sauces,
veal roulades and white meat
Service :
Serving temperature between 9° et 12°
Good aging capacity (3 to 5 years)
